What if someone has dietary requirements or allergies?

You can enter dietary requirements (vegetarian, vegan, allergies) when booking. We take these into account when matching.

Can we receive an invoice in our company name?

Yes, you can enter your company details when booking. We send the invoice to the email address you provide.

Is cancellation possible?

Yes. Up to 7 days before the activity you can cancel free of charge. After that our cancellation policy applies. See our Rates & terms page for details.

Can participants find out what the activity is in advance?

No — the activity remains a surprise until the day itself. Participants only receive the date, time and practical information (dress code, meeting point).

Does Toudou also work for multi-day outings?

For now we focus on day outings. For multi-day or special requests you can submit an enquiry via the large group form.
