What is Toudou

Guests go through our Surprise Guide — a short question flow where they indicate their theme, budget and time. Based on that, we match them with a suitable activity at your organisation. The exact location remains a surprise until shortly before the event.

How it works

1. Sign up

Create an account and fill in your basic profile. We will let you know within 48 hours if your experience fits Toudou.

2. Add your activity

Set your offer, capacity and available time slots. You stay in control of what you do and do not want to receive.

3. Receive bookings

We send matching bookings, you confirm quickly. After completion you receive your monthly payout and overview.

What we need from you

To include your activity in Toudou we need the following information:

Location (address and city where the activity takes place)
Duration of the activity (in hours)
Theme/category of your activity
Price per person (incl. VAT)
Minimum and maximum group size
Available days and time slots
Description of your activity
Any accessibility or dietary requirements you can accommodate

Frequently asked questions

There are no setup fees and no subscription. You only pay a platform fee per completed booking.

You receive a monthly overview and payout of your bookings. Payout is made at the beginning of the month for the previous month.

• Up to 96 hours (4 days) before: guests can cancel free of charge. The booking lapses and there is no payout.
• 24–96 hours before: no guest refund, rescheduling only. You receive your compensation on the new date.
• Within 24 hours or no-show: no guest refund. You receive your full compensation (after platform fee), per your host agreement.

We ask you to respond within 24 hours. This keeps the experience fast and reliable for guests.
