Guests choose a theme, budget and time slot in our Surprise Guide. We match them with a suitable activity at your organisation. The exact location remains a surprise until shortly before the event.

During our pilot we welcomed 700+ guests via 70+ collaborations with workshops, activities and hospitality. From February 1st we go live in Amsterdam, Utrecht and Rotterdam. Throughout the year we will add more cities.

How it works
1. Sign up
Create an account and fill in your basic profile. We will let you know within 48 hours if your experience fits Toudou.
Sign up2. Add your activity
Upload photos, description, price and availability. You can always adjust this whenever you want.
3. Receive bookings
We match guests with your activity. You receive a confirmation by email within 24 hours and get your payout monthly.

Standard platform fee: 25% (incl. VAT) per booking.

What we need from you
To include your activity in Toudou we need the following information:
- Location (address and city where the activity takes place)
- Duration of the activity (in hours)
- Theme/category of your activity
- Price per person (incl. VAT)
- Minimum and maximum group size
- Available days and time slots
- Description of your activity
- Any accessibility or dietary requirements you can accommodate
