You pay a Toudou service fee because we take care of all the arrangements and responsibility — including our surprise flow.
Pricing
1–19 people (self-serve via the platform)
- Minimum: €7.50 per booking
- Up to €100 per booking
- Above that: custom pricing
- Minimum activity spend: €20 p.p.
20+ people or from €100 p.p. (personal service)
- 20–35 people: 9% | min €120
- 36–75 people: 8% | min €200
- 76–120 people: 7% | min €300
- 121+: 6% | min €400

We work with a separate hourly rate (quote).

All prices on the site include VAT (on the invoice VAT is listed separately).
