    What others have already experienced

Every outing starts the same way: a questionnaire, a conversation, one or more options. What happens next is different every time. Here are three examples — including a spoiler button, for when you really want to know what they ended up doing.

    Quarterly celebration

    PwC

    250 people
    Winter Wonderland

    The situation

250 colleagues coming together after a quarter of hard work, wanting to celebrate it together. Not just a room full of folding chairs and a slideshow. PwC wanted a day people would remember: a business presentation, yes, but also an activity that would surprise people, plus room to eat and drink together. Welcome to Winter Wonderland!

    How it went

    1. 1Intake via our questionnaire
    2. 2Personal conversation about preferences, atmosphere and practical requirements
    3. 33 fully worked-out options presented
    4. 41 option elaborated in full, including theme, location and programme
    5. 5Full support with communication and on-the-day organisation

    The result

A day built around one clear theme. Everything tied together — the activity, the food, the atmosphere. People knew where to be, but not what they were about to do.

"We had a really well-organised and surprising afternoon with Toudou."

    Celebrating wins

    WPSEOAI

    20 people
    Games & movement

    The situation

A team of 20 wanted to celebrate their wins with an outing in Amsterdam. But 20 people aren't all the same — some want to move, others would rather play games. How do you make sure everyone feels at home?

    How it went

    1. 1All 20 participants received a personal questionnaire
    2. 2Based on the answers, the group was split into two streams. Anyone who didn't respond was assigned at random
    3. 3Stream 1 went to a boxing clinic, stream 2 did an escape room — at the same time
    4. 4Afterwards, everyone continued together at one location

    The result

The group split up for the first activity and came back together at a special Amsterdam bar. They closed the evening at an automated darts bar, with snacks and drinks. After a successful night, nobody wanted to leave!

"Everything was great, a real success. I already have colleagues who want to use Toudou too."

    Team outing

    Ksyos

    10 people
    Unexpected & raw

    The situation

A small team that genuinely wanted something wild. Not another outing with a predictable programme. They wanted to be surprised. Completely. So we told them nothing.

    How it went

    1. 1Intake: one word was central — unexpected
    2. 2No theme, no hint, no preview
    3. 3Instructions: bring a car, leave on time, drive for fifteen minutes

    The result

When they got out of the car, they found out what they were about to do. What followed was an activity people were still talking about long after. Afterwards, they went out to eat and have drinks together.

"With about 10 people we went car smashing, that was so surprising! We never would have thought of that ourselves."

    Team lead, Ksyos

    From small to large

    1 to 250+ people

Whether you want to do something with a small, tight-knit team or surprise an entire department — the process is the same, the outcome always fits.
