What group sizes is it suitable for?
We search for small and large teams. As options vary by location, date and restaurant, we assess every request individually.
Where do you search?
You can request any city, town, neighbourhood or region. We will be transparent about what is feasible.
Will we receive multiple restaurant options?
We aim to provide two or three suitable options. If only one option is demonstrably right, we propose that rather than less suitable alternatives.
Can my team share dietary needs and allergies?
Yes. Through one personal link, each team member shares only their relevant preferences and requirements.
Who chooses the restaurant?
The organizer makes the final choice. Team members do not vote on restaurant options.
Do you arrange the reservation?
Yes. After your selection, we request final confirmation. The reservation is only final once you receive confirmation.
Will we receive one invoice?
Yes, the company receives one invoice for the agreed package.
What happens if we cancel or change the booking?
That depends on the selected restaurant and package. The terms are shown clearly before final confirmation.
